The AI listens to your appointment conversation and generates a draft note, which your provider reviews and approves before it becomes part of your medical record. The AI scribe does not make clinical decisions — all judgment remains with your provider.

Your protected health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices. Our AI scribe vendor has signed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Conversation data is used solely for documentation and is never sold or shared with third parties.
